Jan '06: COWntra Dance Gets Cornwall Families MOOving

On the evening of January 21, 2006, a remarkable thing happened: My kids didn't ask to turn on the television or get online. All it took was contra dance caller Paul Rosenberg and Cornwall's own Homegrown Band putting somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 Cornwallians through their paces on the dance floor. From the very young to the very young at heart, everyone swang their partners and do-si-do'd till the lights were turned out, courtesy of Motherhouse.Thanks to popular demand, two additional nights of COWntra dancing have been planned for March and April, giving me two whine-less nights to look forward to.
